A 19th Century rosewood mantel timepiece with chain driven fusee movement, the silvered dial with engraved foliate scroll spandrels, black Roman numerals and inscribed 'William S. Burton, 39, Oxford StT, the rectangular glazed case on a cushion and plinth base with bracket feet, height approx 36.5cm, with pendulum and winding key.
