A mid-20th Century Russian Kirov brass cased two-day marine chronometer, the chain fusee movement with maintaining power, Earnshaw-type spring detent escapement and bimetallic balance, numbered 'N. 14250' to back plate, the signed silvered dial with subsidiary state of wind and seconds dials, Arabic numerals and numbered '14250' in red, the brass bowl hung in gimbals, on a turned circular pedestal foot, height approx 16cm.
