A set of eleven CHs Pillivuyt & Cie Paris porcelain dessert plates, late 19th Century, each centre painted with a head and shoulders bust portrait titled 'Charles 1er', 'Marie Stuart', 'Jeanne d'Arc', 'Imp'ce Josephine', 'Catherine de Russie', 'Laetitia Bonaparte', 'Marie Louise', 'Comtesse de Provence', 'Charles le Cesneraire', 'Psse de Lambolle' and 'Psse d'Angouleme', each initialled 'L.V', within a blue glazed rim embellished with gilt strapwork and trellis decoration, all with gilt inscribed titles to bases, eight with red printed factory mark to base, diameter approx 22.5cm.
