PHOTOGRAPHS, CHINA. Two albums containing approximately 295 small-format photographs and postcards, circa 1934-1940, the leaves 280 x 230mm. Note: the majority of the photographs, many identified verso, were taken by a member of the Royal Welsh Fusilliers while stationed in Hong Kong, Shanghai, Burma and Africa and include the aftermath of of a tornado in 1934 and scenes from the Chinese-Japanese war, including gruesome punishments.
