A 1914-15 Star to '8652 Pte P.J. Swann. R.War:R.', with the accompanying forwarding named forwarding slip, a 1939-45 Star, an Atlantic Star, a 1939-45 Defence Medal and a 1939-45 War Medal. Note: Private Percy Joseph Swann died 3rd October 1917, aged 31, and is buried at the Hooge Crater Cemetery.
