A Meissen porcelain schneeballen cup and saucer, late 19th Century, the cup exterior and saucer underside both encrusted with white flowerheads and applied with trailing leafy rose stems surmounted by yellow birds, the saucer well additionally enamelled with scattered floral sprigs and insects, crossed swords mark in underglaze blue to bases and impressed numerals (restored).
