A late 19th Century brass mounted Vienna style porcelain mantel timepiece with platform escapement, the cream dial with Arabic numerals, the gazebo form case with dome surmount and square pedestal base, each painted with four panels of classical maidens, reserved against a dark blue ground with gilt overlaid framing, united by eight cylindrical pillar supports, on brass bun feet, underglaze blue shield mark to base, height approx 37.5cm.
