A Wedgwood & Bentley black basalt oval portrait medallion, circa 1768-1780, moulded in relief with a titled head and shoulders portrait of 'Johnson', impressed factory marks verso, height approx 5.1cm (tiny chip to rim), together with a similar Wedgwood black basalt portrait medallion of 'Val Maximi', impressed factory mark verso, height approx 5.2cm.
