Original cloth (extremities lightly bumped, scuffed and soiled). - And four other East Sussex directories (comprising: 'Gowland's Annual Eastbourne Postal Directory for 1879'; 'Holman's Lewes Directory, and Guide 1887'; 'Kelly's (Gowland's) Directory of Eastbourne, Hailsham and Neighbourhood', London: 1938; and 'Kelly's Directory of Hastings, St. Leonards, Bexhill, Battle and Neighbourhood', London: 1938.)
