LOT 825
An interesting 19th Century French folding hunting lock knife with slightly curved single edged blade, length approx 16cm, marked 'Paris', etched with hounds, stag, boar's head, foliate scrolls etc, retaining traces of gilt, curved staghorn grip with steel eagle backstrap, pierced with the letter 'N', brass coronet bolsters, together with a parchment label, indistinctly inscribed 'This hunting knife was formerly the property of the Emperor Napoleon'.
