A US Legion of Merit Legionnaire, named to the back 'Winston H Pickett', with typed paperwork, circa 1943-1946, relating to his career in the Military Intelligence Service and legal department of the War Department of the American Army, including reference to safeguarding the atomic bomb work, 1946, with the original card, lapel badge, ribbon bar and case, and a small circular sterling badge, detailed 'A Bomb Manhattan Project'.
