Three First World War medals awarded to Lieut. J.D. Paterson, Royal Naval Reserve, comprising 1914-15 Star, 1914-18 British War Medal and 1914-19 Victory Medal, each named 'Lieut. J.D. Paterson. R.N.R.' (the Victory Medal officially re-named), with two cardboard boxes and envelope of postage, and three Second World War medals, comprising 1939-45 Star, Atlantic Star and War Medal, with box of postage, addressed to 'Mrs F. Paterson', and two related brooches. Note: this is possibly the late Chief Steward J.D. Paterson, who died on 16th August 1940.
