A late 19th Century French brass champlevé enamel and onyx four glass mantel clock with eight day movement striking on a gong, the backplate with L.P Japy maker's stamp, above a compensated mercury pendulum, the gilt circular dial with black Arabic hour numerals and polychrome enamelled centre and surround, the case with arched surmount above bevelled glass sides and polychrome enamelled borders, on a rectangular base and engine turned disc feet, height approx 33cm, with winding key.
