NICHOLSON, William. An Alphabet. London: William Heinemann, 1898. 4to (310 x 245 mm.) 26 full-page lithographic plates by Nicholson. (Browning, some light spotting, corner clipped to letter A with marginal loss.) Original cloth-backed pictorial paper-covered boards (extremities darkened and scuffed, spine chipped with some loss to head and foot, hinges splitting, spotting and browning to endpapers).
