(Some browning, spotting and offsetting, occasional minor damp staining, 2 plate margins torn without loss, marginal tear to pp. 8-9 without loss.) Original pictorial paper-covered boards (extremities darkened, scuffed and lightly soiled, spine chipped and frayed with loss to head and foot, upper hinge splitting, front-free endpaper torn without loss and loosely inserted).
