A mid-19th Century gaucho knife with single edged blade with false edge to tip, length approx 16cm (pitted), traces of etched inscription within scroll at forte, embossed white metal grip, in its matching white metal sheath, decorated with foliate scrolls, bird and cast belt hook in the form of a female figure.
