LOT 1046
A late 19th Century French ormolu, bronze and rouge marble mantel clock with eight day movement striking on a bell, the painted circular enamel dial with black Arabic numerals, painted flower festoons and inscribed 'Maple & Co Paris', the ormolu case surmounted with a flower basket flanked by a pair of goats standing on their hind legs, supported by a pair of brown patinated bronze cherubs, the rouge marble pedestal and base with applied cast ormolu foliate mouldings and festoons, on turned feet, height approx 39.5cm (lacking pendulum).
