An 18th Century burr walnut longcase clock with eight day movement striking on a bell, the square brass dial with matt centre, silvered subsidiary seconds and date aperture framed by a silvered chapter ring with Roman hour numerals and inscribed 'Henry Massy, London', the hood with moulded pediment above a blind fretwork frieze, Corinthian columns and glazed door, the rectangular trunk door with glazed lenticle and ebonized mouldings, on a crossbanded base and plinth, height approx 220cm, with pendulum and a pair of brass cased weights.
