A Staffordshire porcelain part dessert service, circa 1840, each painted with a botanical study within a pale green and gilt foliate scroll border framed by a gilt decorated scroll and leaf moulded rim, comprising an oval dish, three circular dishes each with pierced handles, eighteen plates and a sauce tureen stand, iron red painted pattern number '1956' to bases (some faults).
