A U.S. leather revolver holster, dated 1917, together with a group of items of U.S. military equipment, mainly Second World War period, including minor surgical instrument kit, belts and webbing, entrenching tool, small pick, shovel and first aid kit (box repainted, contents replaced), three books of Marine Corps interest and another book, 'Uniforms, Weapons and Equipment of the World War II G.I'.
