A 19th century French stained and inlaid mantel clock, the eight day movement with silk suspension striking on a bell via an outside countwheel, the backplate inscribed 'Laine Paris', the rectangular enamel dial with black Roman numerals and inscribed 'Laine a Paris', the rectangular case with brass carrying handle above boxwood foliate and line inlaid decoration, height 25cm, with pendulum and key.
