An early 19th century mahogany longcase clock with eight day movement striking on a bell, the painted break arch dial with Roman hour numerals, subsidiary seconds and date dials and signed 'W. Coulson South Shields', the arched hood with glazed door, the line inlaid trunk with arched door, on a similarly decorated base with bracket feet, height 215cm, with pendulum and two weights (faults).
