A Grimwades Ltd 'Old Bill' series plate, dated 1917/18, designed by Bruce Barnsfather, depicting Old Bill holding a can of Plum and Apple inscribed 'When the 'ell is it going to be strawberry', facsimile signature to bottom right, printed factory mark, including Made by the Girls of Staffordshire...', diameter 24.5cm, together with a Grimwades 'Souvenir of the Great War' mug and two 'Old Bill' series plates (some faults).
