A George III 1796 pattern light cavalry officer's sword with curved single edged blade, length 81cm, etched with crowned GR cypher, cavalryman, trophy of arms etc, steel stirrup hilt, wire bound fishskin covered grip (defective) (lacking scabbard). Provenance: from the estate of the late Alistair Morris.
