LOT 850
A fine jade hilted George III officer's sword with curved single edged blade with double fullers, length 66cm, struck with crowned GR cypher and retaining some blued decoration, gilded brass crosspiece with reverse terminals and engraved trophies of arms, finely foliate carved Indian Mughal hilt of khanjar form, in its leather scabbard with matching gilded brass mounts (some wear to gilding). Provenance: from the estate of the late Alistair Morris.
