A Minton porcelain cabinet plate, circa 1860s, painted with a landscape scene of a young man attaching a love letter to a dove, within a bleu céleste border painted with three floral vignettes enriched in gilt, puce printed factory mark and ermine mark to base, diameter 24.5cm, together with a small group of ceramics, including a Dresden vase and cover decorated with birds and insects, height 20cm, and a pair of plates decorated with flowers.
