A mid-19th century French stained and inlaid mantel clock with eight day movement striking on a bell via an outside countwheel with silk suspension, the backplate inscribed 'Leroy a Paris', the engine turned silvered dial with black Roman numerals and inscribed 'Leroy a Paris', the balloon shaped case with brass carrying handle and boxwood inlaid foliate decoration, height 26cm, with pendulum.
