A Japanese wakazashi with curved single edged blade, length 40.5cm, with wavy uneven yakiba (some abrasion and chipped cutting edge), signed on both sides of tang, cast iron tsuba, foliate menuki and mounts, cord bound sharkskin covered grip, in its black lacquered wooden scabbard with foliate designs.
