Mayo, including birth certificate, dated 25th September 1890, passport covering the period 1919 to 1927, pilot's licence for various types of aircraft, issued 17th June 1919, No. 160, Schneider Contest 1931 Ryde Pier official pass, invitation and ticket, further invitations to reunions and an afternoon party at Buckingham Palace Garden, various signed menus, three commissions appointing Robert H. Mayo 2nd Lieutenant, Flying Officer and Major, and various further certificates relating to flying and transport. Provenance: from the estate of the late Major Robert Hobart Mayo, O.B.E., M.A. (Cantab), Assoc.M.Inst.C.E., F.R.Ae.S., M.Inst.T.
