Folio (484 x 324mm.) 43 hand-coloured maps and plans (24 double-page). (Light browning, occasional minor spotting, marginal tears and repairs without loss to plate 1.) 20th century half-morocco (extremities bumped and scuffed, head and foot of spine chipped, endpapers replaced). - And one other atlas (T.B. JOHNSON. 'The Royal Atlas of Modern Geography… a new edition'. Edinburgh & London: W. & A.K. Johnson, 1897). Provenance: West Sussex County Library and Worthing Public Library (bookplate to front pastedowns, ink stamps and library labels to endpapers and titles).
