(Light browning, etched plates spotted, occasional minor soiling or damp-staining, tears and repairs with minor loss to title-page, marginal tears and repairs with minor loss to p.81 and plate facing p.60, marginal tears without loss to pp.121-136.) 20th century morocco-backed boards (extremities bumped and scuffed, hinges reinforced, endpapers replaced). Provenance: Worthing Library (library labels and ink stamps to endpapers and reverse of title). - And fourteen other volumes relating to Africa (15).
