LOT 1122
A late 17th/early 18th century oak longcase clock with thirty hour movement striking on a bell, the 11-inch square brass dial with matt centre and single hand, the chapter ring with black Roman numerals and inscribed 'Tho Reeve at Harleston Norfolk 1674', cornered with cast and pierced gilt amorini and scroll spandrels, the hood with moulded pediment, glazed door and turned columns, above a rectangular trunk door, plain base and plinth, height 193.7cm, with pendulum and weight (some faults).
