An early 20th century German walnut cased chess timer, the twin dials with black Roman numerals, subsidiary seconds and inscribed 'Fattorini & Sons, Bradford' and 'Made in Germany', the rectangular case with going/stop lever and brass handle, height 18.5cm, together with a similar oak cased chess timer by the Hamburg American Clock Factory, height 15.5cm.
