A Mortlake silver mounted stoneware jug, circa 1794, the baluster body moulded in relief with typical toping scenes, including a rectangular panel depicting 'Hogarth's Modern Midnight Conversation', the reeded neck applied with a silver collar and domed hinged lid with pierced thumbpiece, London 1794, height 24cm (minor chip to foot rim).
