A 1914-15 Star to 'SS.113792,P.Thackeray, Sto. 1,R.N.', a 1914-18 British War Medal and a 1914-19 Victory Medal to 'SS.113792 P.Thackeray. Sto.1 R.N.', with two boxes of issue, a First World War period bronze memorial plaque, detailed 'Percy Thackeray', with the forwarding slip and folding card case, a base white metal medallion commemorating the Battle of Jutland May 31 1916, with a Spink and Son box, and three black and white portrait photographs of a sailor. Note: Percy Thackeray died on 30th June 1915, aged 23, and is remembered with honour on the Chatham Naval Memorial.
