A late 19th century French ormolu mantel clock with eight day movement striking on a bell via an outside countwheel, the enamel dial with Roman hours and outer Arabic minutes, inscribed 'Holscher Cologne', the balloon shaped case with foliate surmount above cast foliate scroll borders, pierced fret panels to side and bevelled glass lenticle, on scroll legs, height 28.8cm, with starburst pendulum and winding key.
