(Occasional pencil annotation.) Contemporary half-calf, black lettering piece to the spine (rubbing to extremities). - And six further volumes on philosophy (including John Philips Potter 'An Essay on the Means of Discovering the Senses of Words', 1828, first edition, 8vo). Provenance: Robert Milnes-Crewe (bookplate to front pastedown and ink inscription on the initial blank); The West Horsley Place Collection (7).
