An Edwardian silver mounted tortoiseshell mantel timepiece, the enamel dial with black Roman numerals and inscribed 'Edwards & Sons 161 Regent St London', the arched case with silver banding and inlaid foliate scrolls, flanked by a pair of arched fret panels, on a rectangular plinth base and bun feet, Birmingham 1905 by Douglas Clock Co Ltd, height 24.5cm.
