A pair of early 20th century oak framed elbow chairs by Heal & Son, the curved backs and seats upholstered in oatmeal fabric, the curved open arms above tapering block legs, height 80cm, width 50cm. Note: a similar dining chair design is illustrated and attributed to Heal & Son in 'Arts and Crafts Furniture' by John Andrews, page 170.
