A set of three William de Morgan 'Moffatt' pattern pottery tiles, Merton Abbey period, circa 1882-1888, painted in purple, green, brown and turquoise, impressed marks to reverse, 15.3cm x 15.3cm. Note: this tile design is illustrated in 'The Designs of William de Morgan' by Martin Greenwood, page 137cm.
