A pearlware Prattware cottage cream jug, circa 1800, of hexagonal form, relief moulded and painted as a thatched roof cottage with fruiting ivy detail and crabstock handle, height 9.8cm (minor hairline to rim). Note: a similar example is illustrated by John and Griselda Lewis in 'Pratt Ware... 1780-1840', p.215.
