A 19th century French rosewood portico clock with eight day movement striking on a bell via an outside countwheel, the circular enamel dial with Roman numerals and inscribed 'Laine à Paris' within a cast brass surround above a cast brass pendulum, the surmount and rectangular plinth base with inlaid foliate decoration, united by four barley twist columns, height 52.3cm.
