An Edwardian Arts and Crafts oak framed armchair, designed by G.M. Ellwood for J.S. Henry, upholstered in a foliate patterned damask, the winged sides and front seat rail carved in relief with acorn and oak leaf roundels, the shaped armrests on downswept supports, raised on block legs united by stretchers, height 116cm, width 69cm, depth 67cm.
