A late 19th century Arts and Crafts penwork card playing board, the centre inset with black baize within a wide border of medieval courtiers, each corner with a circular reserve depicting the four kings and attendants, inscribed with a band of text, all heightened in gilt and coloured ink, the reverse bearing paper label inscribed 'Stained Wood Card table Top by Hester Wagstaff...', 71cm x 71cm.
