A Meissen porcelain Marcolini period milk jug, circa 1775, the baluster body painted with a shepherdess seated on a rock in a mountainous landscape setting, accompanied by two sheep, the three branch feet and high loop handle with gilded detail and foliate terminals, crossed swords in underglaze blue to base with asterisk, height 10cm.
