An album containing approximately 48 postcards and 10 photographs of the Danish West Indies and the American Virgin Islands, mostly collected for their publisher and postal history interest, including a folding panoramic view of 'Charlotte Amalia from Harbour, St Thomas, D.W.I.', 'Messrs Bröndsted & Co's Coal Wharfe, St. Thomas W.J.', 'Shipping Scene on the dock of the Bornn's Bay Rum Factory, St Thomas, V.I. U.S.A.' and 5 photographs of St Thomas, the album also including 23 modern postcards of related interest. Note: part of a West Indies research collection that has featured in Picture Postcard Monthly.
