London: Heinemann, 1912. 4 vols., 8vo (265 x 174mm.) 4 colour plates, tissue-guards, numerous uncoloured illustrations. (Light spotting to preliminaries, toning.) Original green cloth, gilt lettering to spines (rubbing to spine ends). - And two further volumes relating to sport (including Spalding's 'Lawn Tennis Guide', 1906, 8vo) (6).
