A Spanish maiolica mortar, Teruel, 17th century, the U-shaped body covered in a white glaze above a solid unglazed circular foot, relief decorated to the exterior with three vertical ribs and decorated with green splodges and manganese dashes, the rim with pouring lip, unmarked, height 11.2cm (faults).
