An unusual studio pottery jug, dated 1950, in the style of Rye, the ovoid body covered in a white slip and painted with an oval view of the River Thames, titled 'The Pool of London', within stylized foliate framing, the neck with a wavy geometric design, incised 'IR' to base, height 34cm (fault to lower handle terminal).
