A George V chinoiserie cased strut timepiece, the drum cased movement with platform escapement, the silvered square dial with gilt chapter ring and black Roman hour numerals, the chinoiserie lacquered square frame decorated in gilt and polychrome with flowers, landscapes and keyfret corners on a lapis blue ground, the gilt brass reverse with hinged strut support, height 19cm.
